A new study suggests that labelling food and drink with how much physical activity is needed in order to burn off the calories could tackle the obesity crisis.
To give you an example, researchers say that if for a fizzy drink the label says it contains 126 calories, you might need to take a 26-minute walk or 13-minute run to burn them off.
